I have been reading the food and recipe blogs since many years but never thought of having one for myself. These blogs have definitely enriched my cooking by all means. Having handy tips at the finger tips really made me feel comfortable in cooking! So first of all thank you all food bloggers!

Food is an integral part of our life and the kitchen in a home. The best time spent together in my family has always been around the dining table. My mum is an excellent cook and the most valued virtue she has passed on to the next generation(that is to me ) is her passion for cooking. Every other day me and my brother used to come home from school wondering about the new dish mum would have cooked for us. Can never forget that taste and her love in the food. Kudos to you Mum!

So here I am in the Uk now , conducting cookery classes privately and in a cookery school on weekends along with my week day job for living.

I do like to experiment with food. I like to make the same curry in different styles and varieties. I always believe that every home has its own style of making food and I love to know and try those recipes.

I will be posting some of my mums recipes, some mine and some learnt from various sources. I hope you enjoy my blog and I will be delighted if I could encourage you to cook more 🙂
